I have this Sound stuttering issue with my focus.
It appears rather frequently when I'd like to hear some music from my phone (tried with android and iphone both have this problem) and the cars navigation system tries to warn me about something or just general traffic news that cuts short the bluetooth/wifi signal it "stutters". This is a sync 4 system. I've got OTA turned on and it is up to date. I haven't tried only bluetooth and only wifi and it isn't a permanent fix anyways I don't want to fumble with my phone every morning to just turn off the wifi or bluetooth. I got this car last year(2023) November and this issue appeared then and it still appears now. It doesn't have to be a long road trip or anything.
I hope I can post a link of another forum, other people have this problem on their sync 4 since last year October but not in a focus : https://www.f150lightningforum.com/forum/threads/bluetooth-stuttering-issue-sync-4-12-screen.17142/ if the above link gets removed its an f150 forum and thread name: "bluetooth stuttering issue"
Update from Aug 31, 2024: I just had a longer trip to my parents and then from there to a different country . It gave me enough time and opportunity to test . The stuttering issue is still here. And its not because of the wifi or bluetooth . the stuttering persists and appers in FM and DAB mode too. Shame
