Ford not standing behind their product. This is a well documented problem and should have been the subject of a recall, but was not. My daughter drives this car and had the problem happened other than where it did the outcome could have been very different. Very disappointed in Ford's stance on this and will think twice when the time comes to purchase a new car or truck. I currently own 4 Fords. But perhaps I will look elsewhere in the future.
