CarComplaints.com Notes: The 2015 Ford Focus & its "Powershift" transmission has a defect trend where the car shudders when accelerating, especially when starting uphill.
Most owners have reported their Ford Focus remains driveable while the vehicle is still at low mileage, but the shuddering is annoying & unpleasant & may reduce the resale value of the vehicle.
However, owners of higher-mileage vehicles from earlier 3rd generation Focus model years report transmission failure & a host of other major & expensive transmission-related problems. Potential buyers beware.

7500 miles and the front of this 6 month old, 30 thousand dollar vehicle is peppered with paint chips down to bare metal! It's not like I'm driving thru a sand storm every day. I can honestly say I've heard something small hit my vehicle while driving once or twice. Dealer states "environmental" damage and just so happens isn't covered over 7500 miles (when it was discovered). I have two much older and higher mileage non Ford vehicles who's paint looks significantly better than this! This was my first new Ford and it'll be my last. Do a quick google search and you'll see numerous Focus ST owners with the same problem!
