- Summary
- Some 2014-2017 Focus/C-MAX vehicles when a replacement BCM is received for a service repair may include a white Keyless Entry Card. In an effort to consolidate the complexity of BCM's only the highest level will be available for service. If the vehicle has the Keyless Entry buttons on the left door B-pillar the card needs to stay with the vehicle and shared with the customer as the keyless entry codes have changed. If the vehicle was not built with the b-pillar touch pad, discard the card, as it has no function, and cannot be added to the vehicle. If the vehicle has the stick-on wireless key pad, that keypad has it's own card, and again discard the one that came with the service BCM.
