CarComplaints.com Notes: For the third year in a row, the 3rd generation Focus is experiencing massive transmission problems.
Most notably owners keep complaining about how there's bad hesitation and jerking when starting from a stop. This isn't the result of an old, worn out part. In fact, the average mileage it's reported to us is just over 15k miles.

These cars are junk. They have hardly any suspension and its not just Ford, it's all of them. Cars suspension today are tuned for sport mode not comfort. There is a person that is complaining about his Honda Accord thinking that something is wrong with his seat because he starting to have back issues. It is his suspension. SUV'S of today have car suspensions. Ford Explorer is riding on a Taurus chassis and they are not the only one. I wish I had not bought this piece of crap but all small cars are. I have a 1992 Ford Ranger 4x4 that rides better than this crap. My car will be paid off in September and I will not buy a new car. Buy a truck if you want vehicle that rides decent. I hope people realize that their car is giving them back problems, not other things.
