A pillar trim came loose on highway, smacking the a pillar. It eventually flew off. I went to the dealer who put in a warranty claim. Ford said they need the trim piece to cover it under warranty, if they even decide to. I told them it came off on the Interstate and I don't have it. They said they never had this happen before.
