This is the first Ford product that I have owned. Purchased it because of the good gas mileage. When going uphill and you step down on the gas a little bit it will shift so hard that it hurts and scares you. I took it to the dealership and had them check it out and they found nothing. I was told that this was normal and that the mechanic had been there 30 years.
