This is the second time I have asked for dealer to fix the problem they say its software update and it might take 1000 miles to start working correctly. The first time the update fixed it for a week. I was told they were going to put clutches in transmission but after them putting me off waiting a month to come in they said there is 3 software updates and it will fix it. I am starting to wonder if I shouldn't have bought a focus but maybe a fusion.
The Koons fallschurch dealer doesn't treat me very good I always seem to leave hating that place. I get new scratches on my car or they take it on long drives using lots of my gas. I am never ever happy leaving that dealer.
