When it rains the car leaks water on the floorboard. Not always but it's a pretty common occurrence. We took the vehicle in when it was still under warranty. The dealer, Red McCombs Ford, said they fixed the problem. It rained again and the car leaked. Took it back to the dealer and they said they couldn't find the problem but suggested a fix. Rained again and the floorboard got wet. Took it back a 3rd time and had to argue with the technician because he claimed that this was not a defect. The service at this place is ridiculous. Rained again and I called the dealer and they said I needed to call Ford. Called Ford to file complaint and a case was assigned. Took over a week to get back in touch with us and was told to take it back to the dealer. Water had dried by that time so dealer said there was not a problem. I took photo's and documented when it rained and they still wouldn't listen. They dealer acts like we are making up a story and suggested that we trade in the vehicle. Now that really solves the problem! How ethical to pass along a car with problems to another person. GO FORD!!! Car is still at the dealership and they still can't render a fix to the problem. Terrible customer service and vehicle. I would never buy another Ford junk again!!!
