Rented a brand new Ford Focus. Drove for a half hour, turned around and drove back to the rental agency and turned it in. The headrests angle in toward your head creating extreme neck pain. The return guy said they get complaints all the time about this problem. This is nuts, impossible to drive this car with the headrests and no way to remove them. What a joke. They gave me a Subaru Impreza - really nice car.
