At 16,500 miles I brought my Focus in to the dealer, they said a control arm(front/right) was lose or broken, they fixed it and did a quick alignment and found nothing wrong. I told them I was concerned about the tires and they assured me that they were good, and that I was good to go. The car rode roughly and made a loud horrible noise. I went to my tire guy who checked the tires and found 3 of the tires were badly worn and dangerous to drive on. He couldn't believe Ford let me drive home on these tires. Long story short. it cost me $500 bucks!
