I bought a 2010 ford focus and had it less than a year and the brakes started squealing and the mechanic said now i need a alignment and new tires. I have never been so disappointed in Ford. I have not had it fixed because several dealerships state that the squealing always returns and i can't afford to have it fixed and have the same problem again. The ford company should stand by their cars cause this was right off the show case floor and if i new i was going to have this problem i would have never bought it. I feel that Ford should fix these problems and no cost and keep the good name and a loyal customer.
