The car vibrates while driving , have had it to the dealership numerous times and they can not pinpoint the problem. They admit there is a vibration, but, also say that they cannot find out why. Have incurred expenses , loss of time and major headaches with this. The dealership seems to be not very interested about fixing or finding the problem, more worried about their costs. It seems that after reading posts on different websites, it is a well known issue on the 2009 Focus. Possibly enough to start a Class Action lawsuit if there are enough of us out there.
