the horn on the ford focus 2009 se is located on the frame right side near the bottom. this allow water to get into which causes it not to work properly. who ever decided to place it there should be pistol whipped since it was stupid to begin with. there is nothing to prevent it from filling up with water. tried to find a replacement for it at the local ford dealer and they want 50.00 for the hunk of plastic. these cars should be recalled and fixed at fords expense and not the owners since it was them that designed and placed it in the first place.
