Right rear shock absorber was leaking. This causes premature tire wear (cupping) and unsafe handling conditions. Vehicle had less than 1,000 miles on it. Shock absorber was probably defective from manufacturer and Ford failed to inspect or notice this defect. Ford replaced the part at my request after I noticed leaking item. Ford part # 7S4Z*18125.
