During the first month of ownership the belt molding, the rubber at the bottom of the window, on the drivers side door popped out at the back, hanging out 1/2"
The dealer where I bought it from H&L ford Auburn NY, fixed it the first time but it came off in an hour. Came back and the body shop service manager, Frank, stated he would have to take it up with Ford. Well, he reports to Ford that this is a normal condition and Ford refused to fix it unless another dealer looked at it. Tyed to get Frank to help but he blows up and gets angry pushing the door on me and yelling. That's another story. I took the car to Fucillo in Seneca Falls and they said right off that it's not right and they order all the parts and get it fixed in 2 days. It's been almost 2 years and everything is fine. Morral of the story, you only find out about the quality of the dealer when you have problems. I will never go back to H&L but Fucillo has met my expectations and I will go back there for my next car.
