This noise started just after I bought the vehicle. It's annoying! It sounds like a trailer's brakes. Mostly does it in cold weather.

It all started with about 10,000 miles on it, when I would come to a stop the car would squeal loud enough to deafen someone. They applied an anti brake squeal thing.
