My Mother bought this car in 2005,payed 15,879.00,19,31327,after finance. On May 30 2007 she died.So I kept making the payments, and called Wachovia,to make sure that would be ok. I made 3 payments of $360.72.Then found out on my own that she had payed for life insurance that if she died it would be payed off. They(Ford Company,or Bank) did not tell me this.I found out going through my Moms papers. Then they payed it off.I told the Ford co. here about all the problems at this time. But was told that it was sold as used because Enterprise rental had it before her. They bought it in 2004.Then Mom bought it in 2005.So they would not fix the problems.Which also included, the black trim on outside passenger door, looked as if it had been burned but they said it was not.Yet it was coming off, also the trim on the out side was coming off.Another problem on the inside where the carpet meets the doors, the plastic latch that hold the carpet in was coming out,on all 4 doors. This is 2009,and I have been fighting with them since my mom died. The other week I put gas in it,it had 32000 miles on it at this time, when i pushed the mileage button to see how many gallons I get per mile, somehow the mileage at the bottom went back to 27000 miles.I called the dealer, and they said that could not happen. It did. When I filled out a survey on the car,and put the millage in,it came back to me with odometer reading not right. The car is falling apart, and has been taken very good care of by me and my Mom.Took it into dealer when they notified me of each time it was time for oil change and check up.Wrote Ford Co..But all they cared to do is sell me another car.My Mother had dealt with the ford co.here for over 15 years. When she bought this ford focus, she turned in a ford escort with only(1992)9.26800 miles on it,got $1.000.00 for trade in.Wow.So where do I go from here.I am in charge of her estate. So what can I do?
