According to the ASC certified mechanic who did the error diagnostic (P2004) all voltages are within nominal. No vacuum leaks and the IMRC control solenoid and vacuum control valve are working but the check engine light still comes on. This is a PZEV car. Too bad I don't live in a state that would require Ford to fix this.
