I use my back seat to drive my grandchildren around & I consider this a very dangerous situation. Lately, the door has been swinging open while driving & I almost lost my groceries. It is very unnerving especially while I am driving.
When the problem initially started I thought it was just the latch getting stuck because eventually it would close. Then it got so bad, once I closed the door, I couldn't let anyone open that door for fear it would not close again.
Now the car door does not close at all, the "door open " light remains on constantly, and it swings opens at random while I'm driving. My son had to bungie cord it closed to the opposite door and now I can't use the back seat at all. This means no transportation for my young grandchildren.
Please help!
