could not use cigarette lighter socket for cell phone because it did not work. replaced only the socket because this was $40.00 alone. they wanted another $9.00 for the heating element and then another $50.00 for the lighted plastic ring that goes around it. This would not even be worth complaining about if it was an isolated problem with the vehicle but have had many problems with this car and found this website today and decided to list them all. if you look through the complaints on this site you will find more of mine on here. my suggestion to anyone thinking of buying a ford is run, run away.
