While driving about 55 mph on the highway and without warning a loud clicking noise was coming from underneath the vehicle. Driver took vehicle to the dealership, and mechanic told consumer that shock absorbers were corroded and needed to be replaced.
While driving at any speed and vehicle hits a bump steering is difficult to maintain. Vehicle wanders unexpectedly from side to side. Dealership has examined vehicle several times. Shocks and tires were changed twice. Please provide any additional information / documentation.
