Air bags deployed during a minor rear end accident. Vehicle speed was at 10mph or less. There was no sheet metal damage to either vehicle, nott even a scratch on the bumper of either vehicle. When the bags deployed, my spouse was injured by the flying winshield glass that was shattered by the airbags. She required 6 stiches to her toe.

The driver side seatbelt won't deploy and remained in the fixed position. My girlfriend dropped the vehicle off at the dealer to get it fixed, and the dealer didn't even offer a rental car or anything to help remedy the situation. In instances like this, the dealer could've been held responsible for the accident involving her car had she not had any passive restraints.
