I bought as a second car from its former owner who never complained to me that the car was bad until i drove it for about 50 kilometres from where i bought it, while i was on the traffic hold up i discovered that the car was bringing out black smoke from the exhaust pipe and was consuming a lot of engine oil. I took the car to a mechanic, at first he told me that i need to change the plugs which did and i paid 60 euro to do this, yet the car car still smokes and consume a lot of oil. The mechanic could not tell what exactly is wrong with the engine why it smokes and consumes engine oil. Please help to find solution to this problems either to look for a fairly used engine or repairs can be effected on the engine and at what cost in euro? I also needed your advise to this effect and possible cost of effecting the repairs in euro, please.
