My phone quit connecting to Bluetooth through the sync system. After deleting the phone and trying to re-pair, Sync now never shows up on my phone or any other phone I've tried to pair. All of the info I've been able to find shows this as a common problem and the solution seems to be to do a hard re-set by raising the hood of the car and disconnecting a cable from the battery. I have not tried this nor do I find it an acceptable solution to the problem. I am not an auto mechanic and do not want to be constantly disconnecting the battery to correct the sync issue.
