2014 Ford Flex equipped with hankook tires H426, 255/45/R20. Around 6,300, I notice both front tires were missing small chunks of tire treads. I took them to the dealers who diagnosed the front tires and confirmed they were disintegrating. The dealer contacted tire manufacture; after two months and many phone calls to the dealer my front tires were replaced. Right now the vehicle has 10,300 and I just noticed it’s happening all over again.
