While driving the vehicle it has 3 occurrences where all power has been lost. Prior to losing power I have searched to find the oil engine life % to check for oil change. I also had all of these occurrences happen post replacement of front windshield with a rain sensor. The final common thing is that the vehicle tried to make a call to the Ford Health report and was unable to connect and it stated that the connection failed. This happened on every occurrence and was never prompted by the driver. All of these occurrences happened since August 2018. The last occurrence I took the Flex to a ford repair shop and they were unable to identify or duplicate the problem.
Driving 70 mph in Chicago during morning traffic the car absolutely just died while driving. Had no power in the engine. BARELY made it over to the left shoulder! Car coasted over. FRIGHTENING AND EXTREMELY DANGEROUS!!!! Car engine would not turn over. Had to be towed. Terrifying sitting on the side of the tollway. Missed my work trip. Thought for sure I would be hit. Currently waiting at the dealership. NOT HAPPY with my FORD FLEX!!! ðŸ˜
