The contact owns a 2014 Ford Flex. The contact stated while approaching the vehicle, he noticed a fluid leak underneath the engine. The contact took the vehicle to an independent mechanic and was informed that the water pump and timing chain needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact called the local dealer and made them aware of the failure. The manufacturer had not been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 130,000.
