We bought the vehicle on 6/1/2016 and drove it to California and back, during the trip the A/C started acting funny like low refrigerant, but on our trip it was either 121 degrees or 42 degrees so I just thought maybe it was the climate and the mountains, Yes we were in Bakersfield when it was 121. Anyway, we get back home and the A/C wouldn't blow cold air at all, so we set up an appointment for oil change anyway and mentioned it to them. They came back with A/C is bad, so then I'm all up in their grill with telling me I needed to pay 4000.00 dollars when clearly we only had it for 2 months. Finally, to calm me down I think the salesperson just figured out a way to pay for it, but we had to make another appointment. When we picked it up the guy tells us, that they did us a favor by replacing it, to which I responded with "How is this a favor, when it's only got 40,000 miles on it, so again they steered me off the lot. We picked it up and not sure what they did but literally had frost forming on the windshield, so now it's so cold makes you wonder, why wasn't it like this to begin with. Sad, story is I'm writing the complaint because it's out again.
