Our Ford Flex 2011 Limited with Eco Boost (50,000) car has had an issue with the steering within the past two years. Starting at about 125,000 miles and now have 160,000. I can have an issue for a week, then it seems to be fine and then will appear later with the same issue. After doing research online there appears to be a recall on this issue but apparently not my vin number, nor the others online.
Ford seriously needs to recall these vehicles. I have made sure they noted in my calls and inquires that I did call and report a problem I also am having an issue with the lights going off and night. Most of the time one will go out and if I turn the switch off and then on it will come back on. Went into the dealer and they replaced my fuse box and when I left my lights had the same problem. I'm tired of sinking money into this car.
Ford, please help!!!! The steering is a major problem Hopefully, we won't die. I am waiting on the recall.
