Need to look into the hard or delayed shifting of the gears/transmission and get it fixed before this action causes a bigger problem. I tend to stay away from the dealerships because I know they are too high in repair price and I have friends and family who are great mechanics. I got on this website to look for the problem possibly reported in other Flexes, and see if there were easy solutions. I will update if and when I get it fixed.
