I really love the Ford Flex, but the constant repairs have caused me distress. Although Ford has repaired the vehicle, there still appears to be a problem, as the car shifts erratically in traffic, as if jumping up after it is slowing down. I suspect that software updates are causing the problem or it is a general flaw in the design. I still love my car, but I have lost faith in Ford's ability to repair the issue effectively. I do not have time to constantly bring into the shop to investigate. I am just grateful that I purchased the best extended warranty that exists with zero deductible.
