The contact owns a 2007 Ford Five hundred. The contact stated the front passenger side seat belt opened on its own from time to time. The contact took the vehicle to the dealer who stated they could not figure out why the seat belt malfunctioned. The failure mileage was 31,000 and the current mileage was 61,000.
2007 Ford 500 both front seat belts have failed, one just now and one about a year ago. They make a nice click when you engage them, but sometimes will just let go later like they were not engaged at all.
