Been a great car to this point. Still is really. Not getting a code doesn't help troubleshoot. The car just thinks it's being stolen is my guess. Waiting 5 minutes seems to clear it up. Have a 98 Regal with a similar issue. Boards show that it's the ignition switch, and is well documented for the fix. This feels similar. I am not a fan of throwing money at a problem without knowing the culprit so taking it to the dealer or car toys... and writing checks... without any assurance that they'll fix the issue is a no go.
