Brief History - 2005 Ford 500 - 89,000 - Car died on the highway, required new Catalytic converter, in Ford dealership 28 days - waiting for part. February 2009. (Warranty ended 80,000) Now - Jan 2010 - same thing, car died - loss of power on the highway, A hole burned through the air intake on the top of the motor. For testing reasons, we patched the hole, test drive - still no power and a new hole burned near the same spot. Too much heat. The other two catalytic converters show corrosion. I need help, any ideas, any history, any suggestions???? GREGVILAND@BELLSOUTH.NET
