My vehicle met with an accident from the front side with a scooter.Front bumper radiator etc was damaged and oil pump was also damaged.The car was in cash less insurance so it was toed to the dealership.They inspected and assured that engine is not damage.Only the coolant is mixed with engine oil.They took about ten days and about Rs 25000/ to complete the vehicle.How ever since the day i picked up the vehicle from there,I felt that the pick up of car is reduced and the car ts not running smoothly.Since then they have nearly checked all the parts including Ac compressor ac valve gas recharge clutch plate etc bot the problem is not solved.My car is standing in the dealership in Allahabad since one month and yet they are not sure what the problem is.Please help me reach the proper person to get my problem solved.I have contacted the toll free customer care no but there response is again shocking.They promise to revert back and then no one calls.
