I bought this Car in May 2017. In the Afternoon of its released from the shop, it wont start when I went out for a night appointment so I called up the road assistance hotline and they send someone to jump-start it. Then I drove to meet friends in a bar. I parked the car outside and when were done; I started the car and again it didn't start. So again I called up the road assistance hotline and they sent a jump starter. In the morning when I am about to go to work, the car didn't start again, so i called the road side insurance again. They send someone again to jump-start it.
After work, I started the car and for crying out loud it didn't start again, so finally i called the road side hotlines to tow it. They towed it and brought it back to the Ford Shop and they replaced the battery without expense. Then about 6 months after, I began to feel while driving that sometimes it lurked forward strangely and sometimes after acceleration it kind of slowed down and most of the time especially in traffic it shudders.
The Ford Shop conducted its 6 months warranty check up, shudder is normal; nothing is said about the sudden lurking forward and the slowing down. One year last week, i sent it for annual warranty check up; same thing shudder test normal. But I sent it back just for the shudder test, and again its normal. Damn!
