Car was in accident with deer, front right had to be replaced. Ford Fiesta, this is also where the horn is located. Once dealership repaired our car, the horn did not work. Owner's manual was not much help as it does not list the "horn" on the fuse list. I've read that many others were having a similar problem, so I fixed the problem myself and want to share this with all to help save them a few bucks, or a life.

2016 Ford Fiesta - horn not working. We just fixed ours. It was a blown fuse behind the glovebox. Fuse number F-21, which is the third one down from the second column of fuses. This is a 7.5 fuse. This fuse also belongs to the cruise control, so if your horn is not working, check your cruise control also. Now you will know for sure this is the correct fuse. Open glovebox, press the sides inward and glovebox will open further. It will still be difficult accessing your fuse panel, so just pull downward on the glovebox and the plastic hinge will release and the glovebox will be removed. pull out old fuse, replace with new 7.5, push in then test your horn. Walla!
