When i turn the defroster/heater on..it comes on full blast at 85 degrees, but if i drop it down past 83 degrees it blows cold air..Ford says that it is normal operation and they haven't any way to fix it..Really? I don't want to burn up in 90 degree weather when it is raining and need to use my defroster..there has got to be a way to fix it..
