Bought car from new in July 2015, immediatly seat belt noted to be not sitting correctly tried to adjust from the column, noted the adjuster missing, unable to stop belt sitting across my neck. I returned to dealership next day and despite calls to them, Ford Finance, Trading Standards etc and trying out different methods to try and deal with fault, no assistance forthcoming. The problem lies with the Ford Priviledge who refuse to acknowledge there is a design fault because there is no mechanical fault. The car runs perfectly but is a nightmare to drive because of the seatbelt and were its lies. However, in their own handbook it states quite categorically that if the seatbelt is not adjusted to its correct position then if there was an accident a more serious injury could occur because of this.
