A brand new car and the driver's side door hinge cracks and pops every time you open and close the door. So sad when you buy a new car and within a few thousand miles the door stops working. Either it came from the factory with this default or the dealership tore the heck out of the new car and then sold it to me. Not sure which is the case, but I trusted the dealership that when they sold a 'new car' it would be in working order. So sad that since this car has been in its brief use the door hinge failed, the weather striping has fallen off, the shocks where broken and the brakes squeal. This is my 3rd new Ford vehicle that I have bought and I think it is time to change brands, I hear Chevy is making a comeback and hopefully they stand behind their vehicles and offer better customer support.
