This is the fourth time the heater blower fan has stopped working. The last 3 times it was taken to Ford for repair. From research and pulling the cabin filter out myself it is confirmed that moisture is entering the air intake and freezing in the blower motor area. I pulled out the saturated and frozen cabin filter, thawed the blower with a hair drier and had to replace the fuse to get it working. Since other reports of Ford fixes don't resolve the issue, I will have to devise a way to prevent moisture from entering the air intake area. Very disappointed in Ford, their lack of quality, and their lack of customer care.
