I have had it with my complaints to the dealers about my Ford 2014 Fiesta! two days after I bought this car it started to shudder, shake and make noises while I was trying to accelerator the car to move from a stop sign or a traffic light. I took it right back to the dealer I told the service man about it, he said "on that's normal on this car" I told him I don't want (normal)...I want it fixed.. the guy laughed and said, "lady that's a newness of the car, give it a few months to get broken in"..I took his word on it and each week I would call over to the sales person and service man to tell them, there is something wrong with it! Then a few months later I moved over here on the East side of Fl and I take my car to Ford on this side..When I kept happening, I told them about it and they would oil change my car and tell me the same thing, it just has to get broken in and that will stop!! It gets worst at times and then as I start to drive on a hwy it will do the same thing, not just from stop to start buy, driving and then going into the hwy lane! I called Ford itself and they said same thing, oh it will stop once you brake in the car...It never stopped...I need someone to get me a different car..its to scary to drive.
