2014 Ford Fiesta. Consumer writes in regards to navigation system defect. The consumer stated when the vehicle was in motion, the commands and information could not be entered into the system using the touch screen. The system was designed so that oral commands or instructions could be made. However, the system did not understand oral destinations.
