hot/cold air becomes unresponsive to settings

This is a recurring problem(happened 3 X's before) but corrected itself before getting in for service. Now, I'm very, very cold.

Since I had the car the AC did not work well. Had it up to the Ford dealers five times, he said everything was fine. I drive the car regularly and the AC does not get cold on really hot days and at is annoying.
