Took vehicle to dealer on Nov. 19, 2014----they said they would contact me in two or three days, they never did. I called the dealer this morning(12/1/2014)---no answer. I drove to the dealer today, mentioned the no response call--they said they had phone problems. I asked about status of vehicle, they replied it had a fluid leak, I replied "I knew that when I brought it in". They said they had ordered the parts. I asked when it would be repaired; They replied they were waiting on Ford. I asked when they estimated it would be repaired. They replied they expected delivery of the parts by Dec. 19th. I asked if they would make the payment for the month + that they intended to keep the vehicle---they declined. I asked if they would pay the insurance for the month they intend to have the vehicle---they declined. I asked if they would give me a ride to work for the next three weeks----they declined. I asked if I had any options to rectify the situation---they replied "We're waiting on Ford".
