This is the second oil leak in 45k miles. First time they replaced gaskets and shaft caps around 30k miles I think. Same again second time. Would have cost 1500$ each time if not repaired under warranty. Was already leaking again a few months later. Got rid of it while the getting was good. Was fun to drive once I learned to compensate for the extremely quirky transmission and computer shifting, never pull out in front of someone because this car will not get up and go. Got good gas mileage.
Very disappointed as this was my first new car purchase. But hey, if they made every car perfect they'd never squeeze enough money out of us to have ranches and yachts and mansions. So good luck and do your research, seems they make a good one every few years to keep their reputation intact.
