This is a real anger issue. Shifted in seat, elbow on door armrest, and CRACK. Pushed it through the cheap China plastic door panel. Really bad thing is that I took it to local Ford dealer, and after 2 months of on again, off again calls, pictures etc, they said it was an "optional" repair, and to take it to selling dealer 25 miles away. Took it to selling dealer, and car now has 38K on it, and they say won't cover as out of warranty. Never mind I reported it at 33418, and oh by the way, that expensive extended warranty? Nope. Add insult to injury, called ford "Customer Care" and the "Regional Customer Care Manager" called me and told me local dealer refuses to fix problem, but they will "try" to get selling dealer to "do something". Asked when did "Bumper to Bumper" exclude passenger compartment, and genius had no answer. Ford does not respect customers, nor build quality product anymore, go buy Nissan or something. I have had 5 Fords, but this is the last straw.
