A D V E R T I S E M E N T S
My car was engulfed with a fire on Sunday morning 15th June 2014 at the parking premises of the central railway station when I went to pick my MOM. I hardly reached the central Railway station and tried to park my car in the parking yard when my car was consumed with flames from the front. I lost control of the clutch and the brakes since they were not operating due to the heat. I was fortunate that this didn't happen when the car was on drive because that would have resulted in an accident costing the life of two.
As per the mechanic and insurance agent's statement, I came to know that the fire was caused due to an out-break from the power steering hose which engulfed the AC system and other plastic parts and to the oil tank burning the entire front side. I was left speechless and motionless and couldn't move a Limb. Seeing me panic stricken the RPF guards on duty, public and parking staff, came into action to put out the fire. They have used mud, water and foam and whatever they could get to put out the fire since there were many cars parked around my CAR which could have lead to an big explosion and me ending up for trial. I foreward called my Insurance agent and took my car in to the nearest mechanic garage.
Since this being a fire I have to get an FIR copy which I got only after 3 weeks of chasing the police department. The Insurance guys can't action unless till they get an FIR copy. These 3 weeks my CAR was lying there rusted with water, MUD and Foam which was very heartening to see because that was when I purchased 3 new tyres for my CAR. Now I get to know that I am facing a cost for replacing the same. But I'am not in a position to pay that much for the same model car which has given me a fear.
So I humbly request you to look into the issue and help me either by fixing the issue or compensate me with a honest sum of Money. I would be glad if you could take over my car and help a helpless guy who has been your customer.
Yours Sincerely
