This vehicle is shuttle bus, Transport passengers from Chicago O'hare airport to four points hotels and back 24/7. this vehicle is owned by four points hotel at schiller park, il and I work as driver. On October 8 2017 just after 7 pm I was driving the bus with passengers on board from the airport to the hotel when I heard noise from the rear I pulled over and stopped the bus. After checking I saw the rear left wheel is coming off. Almost all the nuts and bolts are gone bolts snapped off while the bus was in motion. The bus was towed to M&M automotive Inc. (708 456 6629) M&M maintain the hotels bus. The same ( identical) problem took place on 11/20/2016, but the rear left wheel come off.
